Since 2021, Mehak has taken a deep dive into the mystical realms of Pranic Healing, immersed in countless energy healing courses across her homeland. From soul initiations to the stirring awakening of Kundalini, her journey has been nothing short of transformative. Specializing in the radiant energies of crystal healing and the delicate nuances of psychological well-being, Mehak has explored the depths of healing arts to offer holistic support, extending even to our beloved pets! Providing a safe space, inclusive to all, is at the heart of her practice.

A certified Medical Exercise Specialist and Intuitive Energy Healing Massage Practitioner, Yohanna uses a holistic approach to bridge the gap between the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of ourselves that are out of alignment, supporting these systems back into balance and harmony. She truly believes that we all have that ability to heal ourselves, but sometimes we need a little help along the way. Outside of bodywork you can find Yohanna helping people to connect with their intuition and creativity through meditation, numerology, and intuitive painting.
